Legal Accounts Payable Specialist

Express Employment Professionals is representing a confidential law firm seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join its growing finance team.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced accounts payable professional who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment and enjoys managing the full invoice-to-payment process.

We're seeking candidates with solid accounts payable experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines. Experience working within a law firm or other professional services environment is highly preferred.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of accounts payable experience
• Law firm or professional services experience preferred
• Experience with Juris strongly preferred
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent organizational and communication skills

Location: Center City Philadelphia Area

Compensation: $22-$30/hour, depending on experience
