Role Scope Maintain the physical infrastructure of Fluidstack's GPU supercomputers, keeping uptime high for AI customers. Perform cable management: reseat and swap network, power, and data cables. Execute server tray swaps and hardware replacements following established procedures. Respond promptly to on‑call requests against aggressive SLAs. Document all maintenance activities and hardware changes in tracking systems. Conduct visual inspections to catch potential hardware issues before they impact service. You follow technical procedures precisely and sweat the details, because in a live data center small mistakes have big consequences. You manage your time well and respond quickly to urgent, on‑call requests. You can lift up to 50 pounds and work comfortably in a data center environment. You document carefully and keep tracking systems accurate. Bonus: IT support, computer repair, or electronics experience. Technical certifications or coursework.
