We are looking for a friendly and organized individual to assist with our busy reception area and perform tasks such as greeting patients and answering phones with excellent customer service. Heavy scheduling. As the welcoming face of our medical office, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for our patients and visitors. 

In this dynamic role, you will warmly greet each visitor, ensuring that they feel at ease upon arrival. Your responsibilities will also include managing front desk operations, which involve forwarding phone calls and coordinating patient schedules with care and precision. This full-time position may require some evenings until 7 PM, allowing for flexibility in your schedule. M-F.

Compensation:

$18+ per hour based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Skillfully coordinate and manage patient appointments
• Answer phone calls and emails with professionalism and clarity, providing relevant information to the appropriate staff members
• Perform additional administrative tasks as needed, including data entry, paperwork organization, and copying, to support the office's daily functions
• Welcome every employee, patient, and visitor with a warm smile and offer information and direction as needed
• Ensure the security of the front office by following sign-in procedures for all visitors

Qualifications:

• Good communication skills and customer service
• Proven ability to remain composed and professional in high-pressure situations
• Strong computer and technology skills to navigate various software systems
• Quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to changing situations
