Hospice Registered Nurse

Overview

Hospice - Registered Nurse - $2,059 per week. Trusted Health is seeking an experienced nurse for a travel nursing assignment. This role is a direct apply position with Trusted Health and emphasizes transparency in the travel nursing experience.

Shift

10:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Provide end of life care to patients on the hospice unit.
• Adhere to unit procedures and ensure timely completion of required lab items (within 72 hours of accepting offer or have a plan in place).

Qualifications

• 12 months of role experience required, with some experience in the last 12 months.
• At least 24 months of hospice experience.
• Travel experience preferred.
• Experience with Altera Digital Health (a Harris Company) preferred.

Requirements

• Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license (required for submission).
• Travel only (local not allowed). Candidates must live >150 miles from the facility to be submitted.
• Flu vaccination required for submission (religious and medical declinations accepted).
