Day in the Life — Cleveland, OH

Step onto our production floor in Cleveland each morning and take the lead in protecting product integrity. You’ll move from receiving to assembly to final pack-out, applying a meticulous eye to every part and process. With precision tools in hand, you’ll verify tolerances, document what you find, and help teammates resolve issues before they ever reach a customer.

What You’ll Do

From kickoff meetings with production to end-of-shift reviews, you’ll:

• Perform comprehensive inspections on incoming materials, in-process components, and completed products.
• Use measuring tools and equipment to confirm specifications and tolerances are met.
• Record inspection outcomes and maintain accurate, traceable quality metrics.
• Detect and report defects or non-conformities, partnering with production to drive corrective actions.
• Contribute to creating and refining quality control procedures and standards.
• Participate in scheduled quality audits and champion continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coach production staff on quality expectations, techniques, and best practices.

What You’ll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in quality or a related discipline is a plus.
• Hands-on experience in quality inspection or a similar function, ideally within manufacturing.
• Solid grasp of quality control methods, tools, and problem-solving approaches.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical thinking.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications.
• Clear, professional communication skills—written and verbal.
• Proficiency with measuring instruments and quality inspection software.
• Comfort working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
