Sr. Manager of Crewing, Live Sports Production

Description Come be a part of Amazon's dynamic Live Sports Production team. We are looking for an experienced Sr. Manager of Crewing to serve as the centralized crewing authority across all of our live sports properties. The Production Operations team is responsible for delivering high-quality event and studio productions on all global live sports properties to customers worldwide, across all Prime Video product lines and devices. We drive production excellence through streamlined processes and operational frameworks that empower the team to work more efficiently and grow with increasing demand. The growing volume and complexity across our properties demands a dedicated Sr. Manager of Crewing. This role provides the centralized coordination layer to ensure consistency, resolve conflicts, and maintain a unified view of crew availability across the entire Prime Video Live Sports portfolio and with third-party vendors. Our crewing operation is purpose-built around the needs of an expanding, multi-sport live portfolio rather than modeled after a traditional broadcast network structure. We are defining and building as we evolve, and this person must be excited to roll up their sleeves and help establish the systems, relationships, and workflows that will scale with us #J-18808-Ljbffr Prime Video & Amazon MGM Studios
