Leasing Counselor, The Gatesworth at One McKnight Place | St. Louis, MO

Compensation: Competitive base salary + commission — top performers have significant earning upside based on leasing volume.

If you're a top-performing sales professional with experience in senior living or healthcare services, this is a rare opening. The Leasing Counselor role at The Gatesworth hasn't come open in five years, and it's one of the most respected sales seats in St. Louis senior living.

You'll sell a product people already want: a luxury lifestyle at St. Louis's most established independent senior living community, family-owned and nationally recognized since 1988. Your prospects come through referrals, tours, and events, and your job is to build relationships, guide families through a major life decision with confidence, and close.

What you'll own:

• Full sales cycle for apartment leasing — tours, calls, emails, home visits, and follow-up with prospective residents and families

• Pipeline and inventory management in Sherpa CRM

• Weekly performance reviews and coaching with the Leasing Director

• Revenue and occupancy targets set with leadership

• Cross-department collaboration to deliver a seamless prospect experience

• Attendance at prospective resident and community events

What we're looking for:

• A track record of sales success in senior living or healthcare services

• Someone who builds trust quickly and reads people well

• Confident, polished, and professional in front of high-net-worth clients and their families

• Comfortable with CRM tools (Sherpa CRM or similar) and Microsoft Office

• College degree preferred, not required — we care more about your results than your resume

Schedule: Sunday–Thursday. For the right candidate, we'll consider Monday–Friday with rotating weekend coverage (about 1 weekend in 4).
