Certified Medication Technician (CMT) - Assisted Living - Day Shift

12-hour shifts only (this community does not offer 8-hour shifts)

$19.00 - $21.00 per hour | Full-Time & Part-Time | St. Louis, MO

McKnight Place Assisted Living & Memory Care is now hiring a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) for day shift. As an Assisted Living CMT, you will provide safe and accurate medication administration while building meaningful relationships with residents through compassionate, person-centered care.

What You'll Do:

• Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with physician orders and State regulations

• Maintain accurate medication documentation and records

• Provide hands-on care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and oral hygiene

• Build trusting relationships through compassionate, person-centered care

• Assist residents with walking, transportation, and transfers using gait belts when necessary

• Promote resident independence and dignity

• Work collaboratively with Charge Nurses and the interdisciplinary team

Job Details:

• Job Types: Full-time and Part-time

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, rotating weekends

• Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

• Hours: Part-Time 12-32 hrs/week, Full-Time 32-40 hrs/week

Requirements:

• Valid, unencumbered Missouri Certified Medication Technician (CMT) License required

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• At least 1 year of CMT experience in an Assisted Living setting preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to read, write, and speak English effectively

• Reliable transportation required
