Description - Your Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and advanced laboratory analyses-spanning chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more-following established protocols.
• Evaluate results for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and perform regular maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments.
• Assist with the collection of specimens and prepare samples for testing as required.
• Document all procedures in detail, mentor new staff or students, and help maintain high-quality laboratory standards.
• Ensure a clean, safe work environment while adhering to regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within the first year of employment.
• Maintain active certification throughout your employment period.
