Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and advanced clinical laboratory analyses across various fields, such as chemistry, hematology, and immunology, adhering to established protocols.
• Evaluate results for accuracy, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and execute preventive maintenance and calibration on laboratory instruments.
• Assist in specimen collection processes and prepare samples for testing according to protocol.
• Thoroughly document all procedures, mentor new staff or trainees, and ensure compliance with laboratory quality standards.
• Uphold a clean and safe working environment while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, plus the potential for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certification Details

• Obtain ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within the first year of employment.
• Maintain active certification throughout your tenure with us.
