Description - What Awaits You

• Conduct both routine and advanced diagnostic laboratory tests-including chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more-adhering to established protocols.
• Ensure the accuracy of results, troubleshoot analytical discrepancies, and execute preventative maintenance and calibration on laboratory instruments.
• Assist with specimen collection processes and prepare samples for testing following protocols.
• Document all procedures thoroughly, provide training for new staff or interns, and maintain the highest lab quality standards.
• Foster a clean, safe working environment while upholding regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health degree, complemented by ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within one year of hire.
• Maintain up-to-date certification throughout your employment.
