Hybrid: Multifamily Revenue Manager & Pricing Strategy

Waterton in Chicago is seeking a Pricing and Revenue Manager to optimize pricing across a portfolio of multifamily communities. You will analyze market data, review pricing decisions, and collaborate with Operations to improve revenue while managing risk. You will use REBA Rent pricing models, prepare market analyses for acquisitions and budgets, and partner with regional teams on pricing calls.
