Worship Leader

About Us Restoration Church exists to help people know God one verse at a time. We are a non-denominational, reformed church committed to expository preaching, biblical worship, and making disciples. Position Summary The Worship Leader serves Restoration Church by leading our congregation in Christ-centered, biblically faithful worship during our Sunday gathering. This role is focused on leading worship on Sunday mornings and assisting with basic setup and teardown as part of our portable church environment. Primary Responsibilities Lead musical worship during the Sunday service (one service at 10:00 AM) Arrive prepared and ready to lead at the scheduled call time Lead with a heart that is both pastoral and musically excellent Help the congregation engage in worship that is God-centered and Scripture-shaped Communicate clearly and work in unity with the Director of Programming Assist with Sunday morning setup and post-service teardown Qualifications A clear testimony of faith in Jesus Christ Experience leading worship vocally and instrumentally Ability to lead confidently and clearly from the platform Dependable, prepared, and team-oriented Expectations Live a life consistent with biblical character and leadership (1 Timothy 3; Titus 1) Come prepared each week knowing the songs and flow of service Lead in a way that supports congregational singing (not performance-driven) Willingly serve as part of a portable church by helping with setup and teardown Be flexible and responsive to the needs of the service Compensation Compensation will be discussed with applicants. #J-18808-Ljbffr Restoration Church )
