Implementation Manager

We are seeking a full-time, US-based Implementation Manager to lead the successful onboarding and deployment of our software for clients across North America. This is a unique opportunity to shape our implementation approach in a high-growth market, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to long-term success. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across Project Management, Customer Success, Product, and Support to ensure each client gets up and running on ViClarity’s platform efficiently and effectively. Salary Range : $80,000-$90,000 NOTE: We are seeking candidates living in the Des Moines, IA metropolitan area. The role reports directly to our Ireland-based headquarters and will be a key player in scaling client delivery in North America. What You'll Be Doing Lead the end-to-end implementation of ViClarity's software for new clients Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the onboarding journey, from kickoff to go-live Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and stakeholder expectations Conduct discovery sessions to gather client requirements and configure the platform Provide onboarding training and support, ensuring a smooth handoff to Customer Success Monitor progress and proactively identify and mitigate project risks or delays Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve implementation playbooks and delivery frameworks Maintain accurate project documentation and status updates in internal tools Champion a high standard of client service and implementation excellence Who You Are Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field 3–5 years of experience in SaaS implementation, onboarding, or project management roles Experience with GRC, Compliance, or Healthcare software a plus Strong client-facing skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and complex stakeholder environments Demonstrated success in delivering technical projects on time and within scope Experience working with cross-functional global teams in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Self-starter with a proactive mindset and attention to detail Credit and criminal background verification required on all applicants.
