Plant Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for Managing the Industrial Organization. Participates in establishing the objectives and strategies that will determine the company’s strategic direction. Formulates, negotiates, and manages the organization’s objectives and budgets, as well as the strategies, actions, and plans to achieve those objectives. Validates and authorizes Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the company. Responsibilities Determines and executes administrative policies through subordinate managers. Ensures optimal operation of departments such as Production, Quality, Finance, Materials, Engineering, Maintenance, Human Resources, Health & Safety, etc. Responsible for selecting, training, motivating, and developing staff, and facilitating inter‑departmental harmony. Represents the organization in industrial, commercial, or service trade associations to promote the company and detect trends affecting the organization. Has the organization’s general power of attorney. Oversees operations to ensure safety and develops plans that help operations run smoothly. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. A Master’s degree or MBA in operations is preferred. 7–10 years of experience in production planning, quality control, process optimization, or manufacturing engineering. Significant experience in manufacturing or industrial operations with progressively increasing responsibility. Previous supervisory or managerial experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Experience with production planning, quality control, and process optimization. Time Travel Required Up to 25%.
