Pay Package (Travel)

• Weekly Gross: $2,110.00
• Weekly Taxable: $864.00
• Weekly Non-Taxable: $1,246.00

Local Pay Rate

• $53.00/hour

Schedule

• Days | 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM
• 3x12-Hour Shifts
• 36 Guaranteed Hours/Week
• Every Other Weekend
• No Call Required

Facility Overview

Springfield Memorial Hospital is a Magnet-designated, Level I Trauma Center with 562 staffed beds. This Urology/Nephrology Medical Surgical unit cares for kidney transplant patients, renal failure cases, urology surgeries, and a variety of complex Med/Surg diagnoses.

Critical Requirements — Read Before Applying

• Minimum 2 years of Medical Surgical RN experience required
• Active Illinois RN License required at submission
• Cerner experience required
• Charge Nurse experience required
• Experience in MS/Tele settings required
• First-time travelers accepted with strong Med/Surg background
• Floating to other Medical Surgical units required

• BLS (AHA or Red Cross)

• Medical Surgical and MS/Tele experience
• Telemetry remote monitoring
• Rapid Response/Code Team experience
• Renal failure management
• Pre/Post Hemodialysis care
• Blood product administration
• PICC line management
• Central line blood draws
• Starting and maintaining IVs
• Heparin administration
• Wound Care/Wound Vac
• Isolation Precautions/PPE
• Chest Tubes (Pleur-Evac)
• BiPAP/CPAP management
• High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC)
• Non-invasive airway management

• 25-bed Urology/Nephrology Unit
• Average Daily Census: 23
• Patient Ratio: 1:6
• Adults
• Every Other Weekend Required
• Float to other Medical Surgical units as needed
