Operations Coordinator

The Operations Coordinator supports daily operations by maintaining accurate records, updating tracking systems, managing ticket workflows, and ensuring timely documentation of completed work. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• 
  Enter and update project, work order, and ticket information in internal systems.
  
  



• 
  Maintain accurate operational trackers and databases.
  
  



• 
  Process job and preventative maintenance closeouts.
  
  



• 
  Monitor and update open tickets to ensure timely completion.
  
  



• 
  Review incoming documentation and complete closeout processing within established timelines.
  
  



• 
  Ensure data accuracy across operational platforms and records.
  
  



• 
  Identify and communicate discrepancies, delays, or missing information.
  
  



• 
  Collaborate with management and team members to support daily operations and reporting.
  
  

Qualifications

• 
  Experience in operations, administrative support, project coordination, or a related field.
  
  



• 
  Strong data entry, organizational, and time management skills.
  
  



• 
  Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  
  



• 
  Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  
  



• 
  Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  
  



• 
  Experience with ticketing, work order, or project tracking systems is a plus.
