Job Description and Responsibilities B2U is seeking a Senior Manager of Operations to join the leadership team, reporting to the CEO, whose responsibilities will include: Leading and managing operations staff and contractors who design, build, and deploy B2U’s BESS Build out the operations team, in conjunction with company leadership Working with company leadership to define strategic goals Lead team negotiating contracts with suppliers, engineering firms, contractors, and other third parties Lead team which handles purchasing Developing, implementing, monitoring and reporting safety and quality control/assurance procedures Skills and Experience Strong leadership, management and communication skills Project management, cost control, schedule development, and risk management skills Highly motivated, process-oriented self-starter who thrives in an innovative and entrepreneurial environment Ability to manage multiple priorities within schedule constraints At least seven (7) years of experience with EPC work in power systems development and engineering At least five (5) years of relevant experience leading people and projects Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a senior leadership role Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams Demonstrated success in business development and strategic planning- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
