Wound Care RN & Case Manager
Healogics
Healogics in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for our Wound Care Center to provide direct patient care and manage intake and discharge procedures. You may also serve as Case Manager and assist in the vein clinic after HBO training, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes.
You will perform nursing assessments, document care plans, collaborate with physicians, and participate in quality improvement initiatives. HBO safety duties may be included after training.
