This unique opportunity allows you to practice directly on a middle school campus, bringing high-quality primary care to students, families, faculty, and the surrounding community. Position Overview

Practice in a unique school-based outpatient primary care clinic located on a middle school campus

Provide comprehensive primary care for pediatric, adolescent, and adult patients in one convenient community location

Care for approximately 20-24 patients per day in a well-supported outpatient practice

Build long-term patient relationships while improving healthcare access for an underserved population

Collaborate with an experienced multidisciplinary healthcare team focused on prevention and continuity of care

Compensation

$120-$125 Per Hour Based On Experience

Federal & State Student Loan Repayment Eligibility

Schedule

Monday-Friday

No Nights

No Weekends

No Call

Role

Provide comprehensive outpatient family medicine services

Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions

Perform preventive care, wellness exams, and chronic disease management

Care for patients across multiple age groups in a school-based community setting

Coordinate specialty referrals and continuity of care

Document patient encounters accurately within the EMR

MD or DO REQUIRED

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine REQUIRED

Active California Medical License REQUIRED

Active DEA Registration REQUIRED
