We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to deliver comprehensive counseling services primarily to children, adolescents, and adults within a community agency setting. The counselor will manage a small caseload of up to 10 clients, utilizing evidence-based therapy modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Therapy, Trauma-Informed Care, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support client growth and healing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client counseling sessions for individuals and groups
• Perform client assessments and diagnoses to inform treatment planning
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using therapeutic modalities
• Provide crisis intervention and case management services
• Maintain accurate and confidential case documentation
• Advocate for clients and collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals
• Supervise counseling activities as needed

Required Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional counseling experience
• Proficiency in psychotherapy techniques, crisis intervention, and client assessment
• Strong skills in treatment planning and confidentiality management
• Excellent active listening, empathy, communication, and ethical decision-making abilities
• Experience in detailed case documentation
