Corporate Legal Assistant
LHH Legal is seeking four detail-oriented Corporate Legal Assistants for a six-week contract project with a respected corporate legal team in Dallas. This is an excellent opportunity for legal professionals with contract review experience who enjoy working with data, analyzing agreements, and supporting high-volume projects in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Schedule
- Monday-Friday
- Morning team meeting: 8:00 AM - 8:30 AM
- Standard hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- First 1-2 weeks fully onsite for training
- Remaining project offered on a hybrid schedule with 2-3 days working remotely each week
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze a high volume of contracts and agreements
- Extract financial and contractual data from legal documents
- Accurately enter information into Excel spreadsheets and tracking tools
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness
- Support legal and business teams on contract-related projects
- Assist with contract organization and document management
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Legal Assistant, Contract Administrator, Legal Support Professional, or Corporate Legal Assistant preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Solid Microsoft Excel and data entry skills
- Ability to identify and extract key financial information from contracts
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities
- Experience with franchise agreements, franchise operations, or financial contract review is highly preferred
