Streets Signal - Senior Maintenance And Operations SpecialistThe City of Tukwila is seeking a Streets Signal - Senior Maintenance and Operations Specialist in the Public Works Department. The Senior Maintenance and Operations Specialist performs highly specialized, journey level activities in area of assignment and serves as a lead on projects.Under the general supervision of the Streets Superintendent, this position will install, maintain, and modify the City of Tukwila's traffic signal system. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, well rounded, and knowledgeable in electrical and controls principals. Part-time employees pay a pro-rated share of the premium.Medical Employees have the option of choosing from the City's self-insured plan that is administered by Healthcare Management Administrators (HMA) and is part of the Regence Preferred Provider network; or Kaiser Permanente, an HMO, for medical and prescription coverage.Dental The dental plan is provided through the City's self-insured plan (HMA) and covers preventative, basic, and restorative services to an annual maximum of $2,000. An incentive level applies to these services ranging from 70% to 100% coverage. Orthodontia is available for dependent children to age 19.Vision Vision coverage is provided via Teamsters through Northwest Administrators, Inc.
