Machine Operator Compensation

• Pay rate: $18.00 per hour
• 1st Shift - Regular Shift: Mon-Fri 6:00am- 2:30pm

Machine Operator Responsibilities:

• Perform routine setup, operation, minor maintenance, and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment.
• Control and adjust machine settings to ensure proper functioning and product quality.
• Inspect in-process parts using prescribed gauges and fixtures, removing defective products.
• Assist with root-cause analysis for process or product exceptions.
• Document quality, safety, and maintenance activities accurately.
• Follow GMP, safety, and housekeeping policies.

Machine Operator QUALIFICATIONS:

***Critical Information***:

• Shift: 1st shift, Mon-Fri, 6:00am-2:30pm
• Work environment: On-site
• Onboarding: 1 week (8:00am-4:30pm, M-F)
• Safety shoes required
• Must be punctual and work overtime as needed
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively

***Education/Licenses Needed***:

• High School Diploma with 2 years manufacturing experience
• Experience in a regulated environment
• Proficiency in English, basic PC skills, and understanding of charts and diagrams
• Ability to operate within GMP guidelines and follow safety policies
