Registered Nurse - Psychiatric (Nursing)We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse specializing in Psychiatric Nursing. The ideal candidate will provide patient-centered care in a supportive environment, focused on mental health and well-being.ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients' mental health conditions.Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.Monitor patients' behavior and progress, adjusting care plans as necessary.Administer medications and provide education on their effects and uses.Facilitate therapeutic groups and patient education sessions.Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient care and treatment plans.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.QualificationsCurrent and active RN license in New Hampshire or a Compact RN license.Minimum of 2 years of experience in Psychiatric Nursing.Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.Certification in Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) or Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB) is required.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.The Registered Nurse may be required to float to other facilities within the region as needed.This position is located in Laconia, NH.Interested candidates are encouraged to submit their resume along with relevant certifications and references.
