This full-time position is primarily onsite, involving home care services that require traveling to patients' residences within the Jacksonville area. Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at It's a Spinal Therapeutic Solutions, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations of patients, including reviewing medical histories, performing physical assessments, and determining specific recommendations based on individual needs.
• Communicating evaluation findings and creating tailored treatment plans while engaging with patients and their families in the goal-setting process.
