Senior Application Analyst — Epic Beaker/EpicCare Link

Abbott seeks a Senior Application Analyst to lead Epic Beaker and EpicCare Link system design, configuration, and support for cancer diagnostics platforms. The role involves mentoring junior analysts, resolving technical issues, and driving workflow improvements while serving as primary contact for end-user support.
Responsibilities
- Lead estimation of enhancement and support requests; guide workflow design and system configuration
- Liaise with business stakeholders and software vendors to align business needs with systems delivery
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide end-user support via tracking systems
- Mentor junior analysts and delegate configuration activities; act as delegate for incident management
- Proactively identify workflow improvement opportunities and drive continuous process improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field; or high school diploma with 4+ years relevant experience
- 5+ years developing or configuring technology solutions in application analyst or project delivery role
- Subject matter expertise in patient identification, revenue cycle, CRM, patient registration, or lab order entry workflows
- Ability to obtain Epic Beaker CP or EpicCare Link certification within 8 weeks of hire
- Authorization to work in United States without sponsorship
- Current Epic Beaker CP or EpicCare Link certification preferred
- Additional Epic certifications (Genomics, Aura, Ambulatory, Orders) preferred
