Information Technology Project Coordinator

Location Hybrid- Broomfield, CO (Once per week in Office) Rate Upto $50/hr on W2 (All inclusive / no benefits) Job Description We are seeking an IT Project Coordinator to support a large-scale IT organization (program management & operations). This role is critical to driving execution across multiple cross-functional initiatives by ensuring projects are properly structured, intake-ready, and actively progressing through delivery. This individual will operate at the center of IT programs—owning intake coordination, Jira governance, stakeholder communication, and discovery processes—while partnering closely with Project Managers and business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Project & Intake Coordination Facilitate IT intake processes across enterprise tech and supply chain initiatives, including triage, prioritization support, and distribution to appropriate teams. Manage intake items as “mini projects” through early lifecycle phases (discovery → approval → handoff). Own and maintain Jira boards, including initiatives, epics, stories, and workflows to ensure accurate tracking across all projects. Maintain project status, dashboards, and reporting views to provide visibility into progress and priorities. Partner with teams to promote consistency in Jira usage, project tracking standards and documentation of practices, ensuring detailed task-level tracking and adoption of Jira best practices. Support multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timelines, due dates, dependencies, overdue actions and updates are clearly managed. Stakeholder Communication & Reporting Coordinate with cross-functional teams (SAP, HR IT, Finance, Supply Chain) to gather updates and drive alignment. Source program information to contribute to communications, status updates, and reporting decks. Drive consistent communication across project phases including pre-discovery, execution, and post-go-live PMO. Process & Governance Bring project management expertise to recommend improvements to our project frameworks including intake processes, project lifecycle tracking and requirements. #J-18808-Ljbffr ABCS, Inc.
