TikTok Shop Growth Manager – Beauty (Performance-Driven) We’re Hiring : TikTok Shop Growth Manager – Beauty (Performance-Driven) Location: Hybrid Type: Full-Time / Contract (Performance-Based) We are looking for an elite TikTok Shop Growth Manager with direct, hands‑on experience scaling our beauty brands on TikTok Shop . This is a results‑first role for someone who knows how to turn trending beauty products into consistent, profitable revenue. If you’ve built, scaled, and optimized TikTok Shop beauty businesses , managed high‑performing affiliate ecosystems, and can confidently own revenue targets—this role is for you. What You’ll Own (No Hand‑Holding) Full ownership of TikTok Shop revenue and growth for our beauty portfolio Aggressive GMV, ROAS, and profitability targets —you are accountable for results Product and bundle strategy : identifying winning beauty SKUs, hero products, and high‑converting bundles Affiliate domination : recruiting, activating, and scaling beauty creators and affiliates who consistently convert Content performance optimization : analyzing what content sells, doubling down on winners, and killing losers fast Smart capital allocation : investing marketing dollars aggressively but intelligently to scale profitably Daily performance monitoring : dashboards, metrics, and rapid iteration Staying ahead of TikTok Shop beauty trends, policy changes, and algorithm shifts Metrics You Will Be Measured On GMV growth and revenue velocity ROAS and marketing efficiency Conversion rates and AOV (especially via bundles) Speed of testing and scaling winning beauty products Required Experience (Non‑Negotiable) Proven success managing TikTok Shop for beauty brands (skincare, haircare, cosmetics, or wellness‑adjacent) Demonstrated ability to scale TikTok Shop revenue , not just maintain it Deep understanding of TikTok Shop affiliates, creator seeding, and commission strategies Strong product intuition for beauty trends, UGC‑driven selling, and impulse purchases Experience managing budgets and scaling spend while protecting margins Data‑driven decision maker who moves fast and executes decisively You think in KPIs, dashboards, and growth levers You’ve launched products that went viral or consistently sold on TikTok Shop You’re comfortable being measured weekly and monthly on performance You treat the TikTok Shop like a business unit , not a side channel Why This Role Is Different Real ownership, real budget, real accountability Opportunity to scale beauty products with strong creative potential Performance‑based compensation opportunities tied to results Ability to move fast without bureaucracy How to Apply Applicants must include : Specific examples of beauty TikTok Shops or brands you’ve scaled Concrete results (GMV, growth %, ROAS, affiliate revenue contribution) A brief explanation of your TikTok Shop growth strategy for beauty Seniority level: Mid‑Senior level Employment type: Full‑time Job function: Marketing and Sales #J-18808-Ljbffr Global Beauty Care
