TikTok Shop Manager

We are working with a well-known global beauty brand seeking a TikTok Shop Manager to drive growth in social commerce. This role is perfect for someone who blends analytical strength with creative instinct and knows how to turn trends, creator partnerships, and platform insights into real business results. You’ll own channel performance, shape assortment and promotional strategy, optimize the customer journey, and work cross-functionally with marketing, social, planning, and operations to build a high-impact, fast-growing business. Own TikTok Shop revenue, margin, and overall channel performance. Build and execute growth plans, promotional calendars, and pricing strategies. Optimize product assortment, listings, and merchandising based on data and trends. Lead creator, affiliate, and platform partnership initiatives to drive scalable growth. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, social, planning, operations, and customer experience teams. Experience managing e-commerce, marketplace, or social commerce performance. Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into action and growth strategies. Background in merchandising, promotions, pricing, or digital business optimization. Experience working with creators, affiliates, or influencer-driven campaigns. Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment with high ownership. #J-18808-Ljbffr
