Retention isn't a department at IM8. It is the model. Position Overview Own IM8's TikTok Shop channel end to end and scale it as a revenue engine. You have already run and scaled a US TikTok Shop successfully and can take the lead on execution from day one. The channel has three engines — the affiliate creator network, paid amplification, and shop/ads operational health — and this role is accountable for all three working together. You will run day-to-day channel execution while our Head of Team owns overall strategy, performance, and budgets. Key Responsibilities Channel ownership — Run TikTok Shop day to day in Seller Center: listings, promotions, campaign calendar, shop health, and policy compliance for the US and UK markets. Commission & incentive architecture — Own open collaborations, target plans, and TAP campaigns; set commission and Shop Ads rate structures; recommend bundles and offers; design creator incentive mechanics (challenges, bonuses, tiered payouts) in coordination with the community and creator-success teams. Creator content pipeline — Drive video volume and quality from affiliate creators: narrow, persona-specific briefs (not one broad supplement brief), hooks, posting cadence, and sample-flow priorities — scaling output without sacrificing brand and legal/claims standards. Winner selection & paid amplification — Run the weekly Ads x Affiliate review with the paid ads team: select winning creator content for GMV Max, manage the authorized creative pool, prevent campaign conflicts, and judge performance on contribution (spend, paid clicks, conversion, refunds) rather than blended ROI alone. Performance reporting — Own weekly GMV, content volume, creator activation, and conversion reporting, separating organic from ad-supported orders; identify what is working and reallocate fast. Playbooks — Codify what works into SOPs so the channel is repeatable and trainable. What Success Looks Like (first 6-12 months) TikTok Shop GMV growth against agreed monthly targets. Creator content volume restored and scaled past prior-agency levels. Active posting affiliates and creator activation rate trending up month over month. GMV Max contribution (not just reported ROI) maintained or improved as spend scales, with winning assets consistently moved into paid. Requirements Proven track record running and scaling a US TikTok Shop — you can say the numbers (GMV, creator counts, content volume). Hands-on Seller Center depth: you have personally designed open/target plans and TAP campaigns and set commission and Shop Ads rate structures — not just overseen an agency doing it. Deep familiarity with TikTok Shop affiliate mechanics: target plans, open collabs, sample logistics, commission structures. Experience working with or managing large creator/affiliate bases (hundreds to thousands). Comfortable with performance data and able to make fast, evidence-based calls. Preferred / Nice to Have Health, wellness, or supplement category experience (claims-sensitive content). Experience with Euka or comparable TikTok Shop affiliate CRM tooling. GMV Max hands-on experience; livestream commerce exposure a bonus. You Must Be AI-Native Active, fluent daily AI tool usage is mandatory, not optional. We expect you to be embedding AI into every workflow you touch on day one.
