TikTok Shop Account Manager

Compensation: $65,000 to $85,000 annually, commensurate with experience Type: Full-time Location: Brooklyn, NY Puff Media is looking for an experienced Account Manager to lead client relationships across our TikTok Shop portfolio. This is a senior individual contributor role. You will own accounts end to end, from strategy and onboarding through execution and renewal, and serve as the lead point of contact for brand partners. We are looking for someone who already understands how TikTok Shop works, has managed brand or creator partnerships before, and can walk into a client meeting and lead it confidently without hand-holding. Responsibilities Own the full client relationship for a portfolio of brand accounts on TikTok Shop Lead kickoff calls, strategy sessions, weekly syncs, and post-campaign recaps Develop campaign strategies tailored to each client\'s goals, assortment, and audience Collaborate with production, host, and creative teams to ensure flawless execution Monitor campaign performance and proactively present insights and optimization recommendations to clients Identify and close upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts Manage contract renewals, scope changes, and billing coordination Represent Puff Media in external-facing communications and serve as a trusted advisor to brand partners Qualifications 3 to 6 years of experience in account management, brand partnerships, or client success, with at least 1 to 2 years in TikTok Shop, live commerce, or the creator economy Deep understanding of TikTok Shop mechanics including affiliate programs, live shopping ads, GMV growth strategy, and creator matchmaking Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously and independently Strong communicator who can present data, set expectations, and navigate complex client conversations with confidence Commercially minded, you understand how to grow accounts and spot new opportunities Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment where the playbook is still being written Based in or willing to commute to Brooklyn, NY Nice to Have Experience with beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or health and wellness brands on TikTok Shop Existing relationships with TikTok Shop sellers, agencies, or creators Experience managing a junior team or mentoring coordinators Mandarin language skills To Apply: Send your resume and a brief note on why you are interested to View email address on click.appcast.io #J-18808-Ljbffr Puff Media
