Call Center Specialist

Overview The Orthopaedic Center is seeking a highly motivated Call Center Specialist for a full-time position averaging 40 hours per week. The role involves handling a high volume of incoming phone calls, directing calls appropriately by transferring or taking detailed messages, scheduling appointments according to physician profiles, and assisting with insurance/billing tasks. The specialist must communicate professionally both orally and in writing, maintain a pleasant and friendly demeanor, and effectively interact with patients, TOC physicians, and staff.
