Job Overview:
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing complex projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a senior role.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

Pay Range: $70-75/hr.
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
