Pay & Benefits

• Annual salary range: $235,000 - $265,000
• Hourly pay rate: $1.00 (please note, pay package details discussed upon application)

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for adult and family medicine patients
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Conduct preventive care visits, wellness exams, and follow-ups
• Develop and coordinate long-term treatment plans with specialists when needed
• Document care accurately using EPIC EMR system
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Participate in shared on-call responsibilities
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and community outreach
• Build lasting relationships within the local community and support health education

What You Need

• Active licensing and certification in Family or Internal Medicine (not open to re-certification candidates)
• Recent graduates in 2026 or 2027
• Excellent communication and patient-centered care skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and adhere to organizational standards
• Open to H1B visa candidates; J1 visa candidates not accepted
