Step into a rewarding contract assignment supporting students as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year. This onsite opportunity offers a collaborative school environment near Anoka, MN, where you’ll partner with staff to deliver speech and language services. The district welcomes both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows ready to launch their careers with strong mentorship and guidance.

You’ll enjoy a consistent weekday schedule, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from late August until early June. Your positive impact will be felt as you help students build essential communication skills.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current or pending Minnesota SLP license; please submit as a PDF with your resume
• ASHA CCCs preferred, but Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
• Experience with school-aged children or relevant practicum/internship background
• Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and support staff
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy and intervention for students with speech and language needs across a school-based caseload
• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized plans in accordance with IEP goals
• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings and student progress reviews
• Maintain accurate records, session notes, and required documentation
• Work closely with families and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
