Clean Team is looking for a dependable area manager - commercial cleaning to support our Cleveland/Akron-area operations. The Area Manager supports cleaning operations across multiple customer locations. The role emphasizes team leadership, quality control, communication, and dependable follow-through on customer and employee needs. Assignments may involve more than one location within the designated service area; exact reporting details will be confirmed during the hiring process. What You'll Do

• Visit assigned sites to review cleaning quality and service standards
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and coaching of team members
• Coordinate with supervisors on coverage and scheduling needs
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally
• Review supplies, equipment needs, and safety practices
• Document site visits, corrective actions, and operational priorities
• Help build a consistent, accountable, service-focused team

What We're Looking For

• Experience leading teams in commercial cleaning, facilities, or a similar service environment is preferred.
• Dependable attendance and the ability to work the assigned shift
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow written instructions
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform active work during the shift
• Ability to work respectfully with teammates and site personnel
• Reliable transportation to the assigned work location or locations
• Authorization to work in the United States
