Restaurant Manager Overview Lead and manage the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction. Create a welcoming and memorable dining experience, exceeding guest expectations. Develop and train a team, fostering a positive and collaborative environment. Monitor and maintain food quality, presentation, and consistency to uphold culinary excellence. Implement marketing and sales strategies to attract guests and increase revenue. Monitor financial performance, control costs, and optimize profitability. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Stay updated with industry trends and recommend menu enhancements. Qualifications 4 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. Six months to one year in a management position. Ability to schedule, forecast, and budget the department. Knowledge of wine and fine food is helpful. Read, write, and speak English. Effective communication skills with the public and team members. Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable. Strong leadership and team‑building abilities.
