Your Shift, Your Stage: What You'll Be Rockin'
As a Shift Supervisor, you'll be the go-to leader when the GM or AM isn't on deck. You'll:
- Guide your team through flavorful, fast-paced shifts
- Keep the vibes high and the guest experience even higher
- Support training and coachingbuilding up your crew each day
- Help manage inventory, cash, and operations like a pro
- Jump in wherever neededregister, grill, line, prepyou name it
- Keep the place sparkling clean, safe, and running smooth
