argenx seeks a Senior Director to lead global medical affairs and evidence generation strategy for empasiprubart in multifocal motor neuropathy. The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on medical leadership, driving launch readiness and data generation across cross-functional teams to maximize patient benefit.
Responsibilities
- Lead global MMN medical launch-readiness workstreams with cross-functional and regional teams
- Translate evidence gaps into data-driven global evidence strategy aligned with scientific objectives
- Oversee medical strategy and scientific direction of evidence-generation initiatives across multiple functions
- Partner with regional MAEG teams to translate global strategy into locally relevant execution plans
- Build partnerships with medical experts and patient organizations to shape evidence and education priorities
Requirements
- M.D., Ph.D., or PharmD. degree required
- 10+ years medical affairs experience, including substantial leadership responsibility
- Launch experience in neuromuscular or immunology therapeutic areas
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute integrated medical and evidence-generation plans
- Strong understanding of drug development and critical evaluation of clinical evidence
- Experience building empowered, high-performing networks and establishing trusted scientific partnerships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
