Are you an experienced restaurant manager or supervisor good at problem solving and "thinking on your feet?" Are you good at planning, directing, controlling and evaluating operations?We at Ruth's Chris Steak House, located within Hotel Park City, in Park City, UT may be the perfect fit for you as our Restaurant Manager. General duties include; assists in the day-to-day operations of Ruth's Chris Steak House, directly accountable for the supervision and management of the bar operations, host, servers, and front of the house staff. Maintains the highest quality of beverage and service standards, cleanliness, sanitation and safety. The restaurant manager should possess the following qualities:A cultural match (passionate, caring, people-focused, top-line driven while at the same time demonstrates fiscal responsibility)Leadership presence and involvement in shift managementModels hospitality and delivers service excellenceProfessional image and demeanorHolds peers and staff accountable to expected resultsProven developer of people2-3 years leadership in preferably fine dining or similar volume, full-service chain or corporate environmentMust have current T.I.P.S. certificate and Food Handlers permit.- Equal Opportunity Employer -
