Schedule

Day 3x12-Hour shifts from 06:45 AM to 07:15 PM. Must be willing to rotate for 2 weekend shifts and participate in on-call requirements.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse will provide high-quality care in a Level I Trauma setting, focusing on trauma, orthopedic, and robotic experiences. Responsibilities include patient assessment, care planning, and implementing interventions according to established protocols.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to trauma and orthopedic patients.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
• Coordinate and implement treatment plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation using Cerner charting systems.
• Participate in on-call duties during designated periods, including holiday shifts.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 3 years of nursing experience, specifically in Level I Trauma and orthopedic settings.
• BSN required.
• PA or compact RN License required at the time of submission.
• Experience with Cerner charting system preferred.
• Pass/Fail clinical exam required before clearance.
