What we do is more than construction; we play a part in moving a vision from concept to reality.We're looking for an experienced and collaborative Project Manager in New York, NY who thrives when people are in sync and projects are running not just on time but within budget. You'll be responsible for the management of the project development from conception through completion in accordance with program objectives. You'll manage and provide construction oversight and resolve complex construction project related challenges.You'll be responsible for analyzing and developing reports, meeting minutes, correspondences, project awards, invoices, and assist with development and management of project budgets, schedules, and project controls. You'll provide effective, skilled project management to help reduce the costs of delivering projects and adding value to the client by applying proven project management techniques. Your ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment is a must to be successful at this role.Here's what you'll need:Project Manager (P/C) shall possess, at a minimum, 8 years of experience in construction involving multiple phases of large-scale building/rehabilitation projectsA minimum of four years' experience shall be as an Assistant Project Manager responsible for large-scale projects valued above $10 million with an extensive knowledge of all facets of construction and construction documentsMust be able to manage the various projects using established controls/procedures and provide job site leadership in all areas of scheduling, safety, quality, coordination with the designers and any critical issues pertinent to the project or the client/facilityThe Project Manager shall have a full working knowledge of the change order and cost review process and the review/approval of contractor's payment applicationPossess an OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certificationIdeally, you'll have:Ability to manage the various projects using established controls and procedures and provide job site leadership in all areas of scheduling, safety, quality, coordination with the designers, and any critical issues pertinent to the project or the client/facilityPosted Salary Range: Minimum $130,000.00 Posted Salary Range: Upper $140,000.00Our health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about.
