You will partner with the Director of Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to attract top talent across multiple states, ensuring a smooth process and strong candidate experience. This role requires 5+ years in recruitment, proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and SAP SuccessFactors, and a willingness to travel as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
