Job Title: Senior Staff Accountant

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Staff Accountant to join our Finance team. This individual will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month-end close activities, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of GAAP, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general ledger accounting including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals
• Lead and support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and internal reports
• Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts
• Assist with external audits and tax compliance, providing schedules and supporting documentation
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
• Manage and track all fixed assets and depreciation
• Manage and report on all lease agreements, ensuring proper accounting for all leases
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and system enhancements
• Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned
