We’re looking for a Print + Vinyl Production Lead who has strong opinions about bubbles, crooked lines, bad cuts and dull blades.

 

This is a full-time role for someone who will help own our printing, graphics, lamination, and vinyl application process from start to finish. You’ll be running large-format prints, laminating, cutting vinyl, weeding, masking, applying graphics, prepping jobs for installs, and helping us make the whole process cleaner, faster, and better.

 

Some experience is preferred, but it doesn't need to be formal shop experience. If you’ve worked in a print shop, sign shop, graphics department, or you have serious home Cricut / vinyl skills we’d love to talk. This role also involves working in Adobe Illustrator to set up print files, make adjustments, check artwork, create cut files, and help catch issues before they become production problems.
