Part-Time HR Assistant

To support a mission-driven global organization, the part-time HR Assistant will manage bi-weekly payroll processing, maintain employee records, and assist with benefits administration while working remotely for 15-20 hours per week. Key responsibilities Process bi-weekly payroll for exempt and non-exempt employees across multiple states Maintain accurate employee records within the HRIS, including new hires and terminations Support employee benefits administration by responding to inquiries and coordinating with benefit providers Required qualifications 2-3 years of HR Generalist or People Operations experience, preferably in a corporate or startup environment Experience processing payroll and supporting employee benefits administration Hands-on experience with HRIS and payroll systems such as Paylocity Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and data management Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
