Position Summary As an HR / Payroll Assistant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations and accurate payroll processing. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with at least 1 year of experience in HR or payroll who’s looking to grow their career in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. Key Responsibilities Assist with processing payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. Maintain and update employee records, including onboarding and offboarding documentation. Support HR functions such as benefits administration, time tracking, and employee relations. Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and HR policies with professionalism and efficiency. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Perform general administrative duties to support the HR department. Required Skills and Qualifications Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese is required. Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, payroll, or a related field. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Familiarity with payroll systems and basic HR processes. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Why Join CARBEECO?
