3C Fit is expanding its team at its boutique Wash Park studio in Denver. The Fitness and Pilates Instructor will lead small-group reformer Pilates, Power Plate, strength, HIIT, recovery, and optional youth fitness sessions using state-of-the-art equipment in a tight-knit, community-driven environment. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, $25–$35 per hour commensurate with experience, an immediate start, and hands-on Power Plate training.

Responsibilities

• Lead small-group Pilates and reformer training sessions.
• Coach Power Plate strength, mobility, and recovery sessions.
• Deliver strength training and high-intensity interval training classes.
• Provide recovery-focused movement sessions.
• Lead optional youth fitness, movement, and jump sessions.
• Support community events, studio marketing, and class coverage as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• Pilates instructor or reformer Pilates certification.
• Personal training, aerobic instruction, or group exercise instruction experience.
• Power Plate training or willingness to complete provided equipment training.
• Knowledge of exercise programming, movement assessment, and client safety.
• Strong communication and community engagement skills.

Our community is wonderfully diverse—you’ll coach seasoned athletes right alongside beginners taking their very first steps into fitness, often in the same room. We look for creative instructors who enjoy the art of hands-on coaching, offering smart progressions and modifications so everyone leaves feeling successful, challenged, and supported.
