Eaton’s ES AMER Sector Integration division is currently seeking a Segment Content Marketing Specialist - Global Machine Building Segment. The expected annual salary range for this role is $86000 - $126000 a year. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. What You’ll Do The Segment Content Marketing Specialist is responsible for orchestrating the development and optimization of highly compelling content that clearly differentiates Eaton and drives engagement of prospects at every stage of their buying journey with Eaton. The Segment Content Marketing Specialist plays a pivotal role working closely with internal marcom COEs, shared services teams, and the Campaign Architect to ensure content is developed to the highest standard and in a format that aligns with how target audiences want to engage with and consume content, as informed by the Buyer Journey Map. In partnership with the Campaign Architect, the specialist helps define campaign asset strategies and storyboards for key content assets, while facilitating prioritization discussions for new content requests within the scrum team. The Segment Content Marketing Specialist leverages all relevant engagement data to continuously optimize content performance, while actively seeking feedback from field teams and, where possible, engaging directly with customers to inform content decisions. Job Responsibilities Managing the development and optimization of all content needed for demand generation and ABM campaigns, complete with all required metadata Leveraging UX, Social and SEO COE expertise in the supporting COEs to shape and optimize all content supporting integrated campaigns Initiating development of landing page content objects in Workfront - must have good understanding of all AEM components and set out clear briefs for copywriters and publishers on required messaging, layout and needed CTAs Initiating development of all required email campaigns in Workfront - must know all Eloqua email templates available and set out clear briefs on messaging, layout and needed CTAs for copywriters and Eloqua publishing teams Driving the creation of sales enablement and relevant digital assets such as flyers, brochures and catalogs that includes briefs on messaging, layout and needed CTAs Leading the creation of social posts, videos and other promotional material needed that includes briefs on messaging, layout and needed CTAs Acting as a bridge between BU and Segment scrum teams and driving involvement of both Qualifications Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution Minimum of 5 years of marketing communications experience No relocation is offered for this role. Only candidates residing within a 50 mile radius of South Milwaukee, WI; Beachwood, OH; or Moon Township, PA area will be considered. Strong understanding of audience segmentation, content personalization, and Voice of the Customer insights. Ability to use content performance metrics and engagement data to inform content strategy and continuous improvement.
